TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Contests are conducted by Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al-Babtain Company (AABC).
  2. The competition is only open to legal residents of Kuwait, excluding employees of AABC or any of its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Competition. AABC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.    
  7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    • Participant must follow @NissanKWT.
    • Hashtag of contest must be included.
    • Individuals are only allowed to win once every 3 months.
  8. AABC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by AABC.
  9. The prize will be announced on the first post of the competition.
  10. Winners will be chosen by a software for the right entries received and will be verified by AABC and its agents.
  11. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook within 3 business days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. AABC will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Kuwait data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to AABC and not to any other party.
